METHOD FOR PRODUCING SALT OF CARNITINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a salt of carnitine which does not produce agglomeration even when preserved for a long period of time.

SOLUTION: This method for producing a salt of carnitine includes: a step (1) of preparing wet crystals of the salt of carnitine having a size to pass through a sieve with a mesh size of 5.6 mm; and a step (2) of drying the wet crystals of the salt of carnitine obtained in the step (1).
