<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a thin guide portion without installing an opening shape communicating to the inside and outside of a case body and to solve the problem that water is accumulated in the guide portion, when arranging the guide portion as a part of the case body. <P>SOLUTION: A female guide portion 20 for slidably installing a battery pack B is integrally molded with a case body 12. An exposed step portion 22 for forming a projected edge 21 to be thin is formed by applying a molding tool on the female guide portion 20 so that thick resin is thinned from an external side (upper side) thereof. Namely, an opening shape into which water enters and which communicates the inside and outside of the case body is not arranged on an internal side (lower side) of the case body 12 while the projected edge 21 can be formed to be thin. A bottom face 23 of the exposed step portion 22 is formed to incline from a horizontal direction when a charger 10 is placed on a horizontal stand, and water dropped on the bottom face 23 flows along an inclined direction without being accumulated on the bottom face 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
