<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of efficient RH supply and diffusion processing capable of increasing the amount of processing per one time while preventing an R-T-B based sintered magnet and a holding material from being welded. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing an R-T-B based sintered magnet includes a step for making up a laminate by laminating an RH diffusion source, and an R-T-B based sintered magnet body alternately with a holding member having an opening interposed therebetween, and a step for performing RH supply diffusion processing by arranging the laminate in a processing container and bringing an atmosphere of 0.1-50 Pa and 800-950°C in the processing container. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
