<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a transparent fiber reinforced resin sheet for reinforcement or repair with little bubble in a sheet-like transparent resin layer which contains mesh objects, and allows observation on a surface of a concrete structure, and to provide a fiber reinforced resin sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a fiber reinforced resin sheet contains following steps (1)-(4): (1) a liquid layer forming step of applying on a carrier film or, a barrier layer formed on the carrier film, transparency thermosetting resin composition A for body including urethane acrylate resin, vinyl ester resin, polymerizable monomer, photopolymerization initiator, and thermal polymerization initiator; (2) a step of making a mesh object contact with the liquid layer formed in the above liquid layer forming step, cover the upper part with a cover film, carry out impregnating of the transparency thermosetting resin composition A for bodies by pressurization impregnation roller; (3) a step of irradiating the transparency thermosetting resin composition A for body with un-white fluorescent lamp to carry out optical curing; and further (4) a step of carrying out thermosetting of the transparency thermosetting resin composition A for body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
