<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing soybean curd in which nonstandard soybean curd to be thrown away during a selection step after manufacturing soybean curd is used to make micronized soybean curd liquid in order to coagulate with soymilk, and to provide a method for manufacturing soybean curd in which bean curd refuse liquid is selectively added to the micronized soybean curd liquid to coagulate with soymilk. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing soybean curd includes steps of: (a) being dehydrated nonstandard soybean curd; (b) mixing the dehydrated nonstandard soybean curd with soymilk; (c) grinding and filtering the mixture to obtain micronized soybean curd liquid; and (d) mixing and coagulating the micronized soybean curd liquid and soymilk with a coagulant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
