<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently cool hydraulic oil in a hydraulic unit in which a motor is disposed in an oil tank. <P>SOLUTION: A drive shaft of a motor disposed in an oil tank passes through to the outside from a bottom plate 27, and a fan 30 is linked to its end. A passage forming cover 35 that covers the outer surface of the bottom plate 27, and that forms an air passage for air blown out of the fan 30 between the outer surface and the cover, is provided.
