SHEET FILE PROCESSING DEVICE AND IMAGE FORMING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently keep paper in a sheet file.

SOLUTION: The sheet file processing device includes: a sheet file holding part 23 configured to hold the sheet file in prescribed posture; a paper stacking part (paper stacking insertion part 25) configured to stack the paper to be kept in the sheet file; a sheet file conveying part 22 configured to convey the sheet file to the sheet file holding part 23; a paper conveying part 24 configured to convey the paper to the paper stacking part; and a paper insertion part (paper stacking insertion part 25) configured to insert the paper in the sheet file held by the sheet file holding part from space between two open edge sides of the sheet file by relatively moving the paper in a direction inclined in a surface direction to the sheet file so that the forward edge of the paper having been stacked may extend over the two open edge sides of the sheet file, whereby paper inserting operation is easily and surely performed by utilizing the two open edge sides.
