<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain leaking-out of gas to an external part by passing through between a retainer and a bag holder, in a fastening place of the retainer with the bag holder. <P>SOLUTION: In this airbag device 30, a cup retainer 35 is fastened to the bag holder 31 by sandwiching a peripheral part 44 of an opening part 41 in an airbag 40 in-between. A support part 55 for elastically supporting an inflator 45 by the bag holder 31, has a hard member 56 and an elastic member 75. The hard member 56 has an annular joining part 58 and a cylindrical gas flow regulating part 57. The joining part 58 is orthogonal to the axis of the inflator 45, and is joined to a peripheral wall part 47 of the inflator 45. The gas flow regulating part 57 extends in the direction (the illustrated vertical direction) along the axis, surrounds a gas jetting hole 48 of the peripheral wall part 47 between the fastening place T to the bag holder 31 of the cup retainer 35 and the peripheral wall part 47, and regulates a flow of the gas G proceeding to the fastening place T. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
