PURPOSE: A sensor network device and a routing method using the same are provided to suggest a routing mechanism based on characteristic of an application program for routing each sensor node, thereby satisfying (m.k) characteristic. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of sensor nodes(a1~a7) constitutes a forwarding table for real time transmission through link cost information of each neighboring sensor node. The sensor nodes detect a link group corresponding transmission requirements of a data packet received through the forwarding table. The sensor node transmits the data packet to a next sensor node in real time. A sync node(b) transmits the data packet to an external network through a gateway.
