METHOD OF PREPARATION OF MULTI-WALLED CARBON NANOTUBES INTEGRATED WITH AMINE-FUNCTIONALIZED AND POSITIVELY CHARGED SILVER NANOPARTICLES

PURPOSE: A multi-walled carbon nanotube and a manufacturing method of multi-walled carbon nanotube which is fixed with silver nanoparticles functionalized with amine group and positive is provided to manufacture with low cost and through a simple process. CONSTITUTION: A multi-walled carbon nanotube includes silver nanoparticles which are fixed to the multi-walled carbon nanotube. Surfaces of the silver nanoparticles are functionalized with the amine group and positive charge. The surfaces of the silver nanoparticles are reformed with aminoethanthiol. A manufacturing method of the multi-walled carbon nanotube comprises next steps: fixing silver nanoparticles to the multi-walled carbon nanotube; functionalizing the silver nanoparticles by using amine group and positive charge fixed to the multi-walled carbon nanotube; and washing and drying the multi-walled carbon nanotube using a centrifuge.
