<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat for surely installing holders in a frame. <P>SOLUTION: A seat back 2 includes a pair of side frames 2a1 extending in the vertical direction along a side part, a first upper frame 2a2 for connecting upper parts of the pair of side frames 2a1, a second upper frame 2a3 for connecting the pair of side frames 2a1 on the lower side of the first upper frame 2a2, and the holders 8 for installing a stay of a headrest. The holder 8 includes a first installation part 8a installed in the first upper frame 2a2, and a second installation part 8b installed in the second upper frame 2a3. The second installation part 8b is installed in the upper frame 2a3 via a bracket 9. The bracket 9 includes an installation piece 9a projecting toward a side surface 8c of the installation part 8b from the upper frame 2a3.
