<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a predistorter for discarding a standby lookup table which becomes inappropriate with long-term deterioration and reducing a memory amount. <P>SOLUTION: Two preservation parts store lookup tables of higher characteristics out of respective preserved lookup tables and updating lookup tables, however, the respective preserved lookup tables are discarded and the updating lookup tables are stored regardless of the comparison of the characteristics of the lookup tables at every fixed interval of time and at different updating timing. To a distortion compensation circuit 11, the updating lookup table is loaded normally, however, the preserved lookup table is loaded when the updating lookup table fails or when the loading of the preserved lookup table is requested or the like. At the time, the preserved lookup table is loaded to the distortion compensation circuit 11 from the preservation part in which the time from discarding timing to loading timing is longer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
