<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endless belt for an electrophotographic apparatus and a production method of the belt, the belt having a single-layer configuration and capable of suppressing a white spot void in an image. <P>SOLUTION: The endless belt 10 having a single-layer configuration is formed of a conductive resin containing a resin component and a fibrous conducting agent 12. The endless belt 10 has a cell structure on a rear face 10b side, having a plurality of cells 14 comprising the resin component aggregated into cells, and the belt has an uneven distribution of the fibrous conducting agent 12 in the rear face 10b side of the endless belt 10 as the fibrous conducting agent 12 is incorporated into interspaces of the cells 14 of the cell structure. The endless belt 10 is obtained, for example, by forming a coating film containing the resin component and the fibrous conducting agent 12 on an outer circumference face of a cylindrical or columnar mold, and then heating the coating film from the rear face side of the coating film through the mold. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
