摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive electrode plate for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery which is superior in output/input characteristics and in which discharge capacity is prevented from being lowered even when charged in an over-charged state, and to provide the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery, a method of manufacturing the positive electrode plate for the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery, and a battery pack. <P>SOLUTION: The positive electrode plate for the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery includes a current collector, and an electrode active material layer formed on at least a part of the surface of the current collector. The electrode active material layer is constituted of a first electrode active material particle and a second active material which exhibits lithium ion intercalation/deintercalation reaction, and is made of metal oxide having higher alkali metal ion discharge potential than the first electrode active material particle.
