PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive electrode plate for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery which is superior in output/input characteristics and in which discharge capacity is prevented from being lowered even when charged in an over-charged state, and to provide the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery, a method of manufacturing the positive electrode plate for the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery, and a battery pack.

SOLUTION: The positive electrode plate for the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery includes a current collector, and an electrode active material layer formed on at least a part of the surface of the current collector. The electrode active material layer is constituted of a first electrode active material particle and a second active material which exhibits lithium ion intercalation/deintercalation reaction, and is made of metal oxide having higher alkali metal ion discharge potential than the first electrode active material particle. The electrode active material particles and the current collector, and mutual electrode active material particles are fixed and adhered by the second electrode active material.
