PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a position where energy can be efficiently extracted while eliminating cost for actual measurement with an actual device.

SOLUTION: An energy extraction position calculation device includes: a storage unit 140 for storing information on an incident energy propagation path, information on plural deflection surface elements composing a propagation path deflection surface, and information on an outgoing energy extraction surface; an outgoing propagation path calculation unit 121 for calculating an outgoing energy propagation path on the basis of the information on the incident energy propagation path and the information on the deflection surface elements; a diffusion region calculation unit 122 for calculating an outgoing energy diffusion region on the basis of the outgoing energy propagation path; and a retrieval unit 130 for retrieving an outgoing energy extraction position on the basis of an intersection surface where the diffusion region intersects with the extraction surface.
