<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical drug which is useful in the treatment of hyperproliferative diseases, such as cancer and inflammation, in mammals, and inflammatory conditions. <P>SOLUTION: A compound represented by formula (I) and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt and prodrug thereof are disclosed (wherein R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>, R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>, R<SP POS="POST">7</SP>, R<SP POS="POST">8</SP>, R<SP POS="POST">9</SP>, R<SP POS="POST">10</SP>, R<SP POS="POST">20</SP>, R<SP POS="POST">21</SP>and R<SP POS="POST">22</SP>are as defined in the specification). Such compound is an MEK inhibitor and useful in the treatment of hyperproliferative diseases, such as cancer and inflammation, in mammals, and inflammatory conditions.
