<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a fitting hole of a vehicle-mounted component while avoiding the formation of weld lines that impairs appearance when molding a resin bumper face. <P>SOLUTION: The fitting hole 13c formed at the resin bumper face 13 to which a key cylinder is fitted is cut by a tool 29 after molding the bumper face 13, so that the fitting hole 13c of the key cylinder is formed while avoiding the formation of the weld lines that impairs the appearance at the bumper face 13. The fitting hole 13c is formed at a recess 13a formed from the front surface side of the bumper face 13 to the rear surface side thereof and an angle α between the inner surface of the fitting hole 13c and the surface of the tilted surface a of the recess 13a is an obtuse angle, so that displacement relative to the recess 13a of the fitting hole 13c becomes inconspicuous and the appearance is improved when cutting the fitting hole 13c at the tilted surface a of the recess 13a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
