<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire which reduces road noise ranging from a low frequency range to a middle frequency range, and enables the production efficiency thereof to be improved by suppressing process failure. <P>SOLUTION: Road noise ranging from a low frequency range to a middle frequency range is reduced by providing a rubber sheet layer which continuously covers from a belt layer lower part to a bead filler inner side through below a bead lower part and which has a JISA hardness of 50 to 80 degrees. An inner end position of the rubber sheet layer is set at a position from a bead core to a leading end of the bead filler, the position being different from other member ends, thereby a level difference of a rubber sheet end is made small and process failure is reduced.
