<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve collision safety with a simple and low-cost structure. <P>SOLUTION: A support frame 6 is tiltably jounaled in a longitudinal vehicle direction by a seat back frame 5. A coil spring 7 tilts and energizes an upper part of the support frame 6 onto the back side of a vehicle at all times. A fixation part 81 of a crank member 8 is fixed to a lower part of the seat back frame 5. The crank member 8 has a pressure receiving part 82 which is confronted with the front side of a support frame 6 lower part while being located on the upper side than the fixation part 81. The pressure receiving part 82 receives a load of an occupant P applied thereto upon vehicle collision, thereby, is moved to the vehicle back side by a torsion deformation of the fixation part 81, tilts the upper part of the support frame 6 to the vehicle front side and causes a head rest 4 to come in contact with or get close to the back part of the head of the occupant P to thereby regulate the tilting of the upper part of the support frame 6 to the vehicle back side due to an energizing force of the coil spring 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
