<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for evaluating steering stability which enables the precise evaluation of the steering stability of a tire mounted to a vehicle by fluctuating the friction of a damper of the vehicle to which the tire to be tested is mounted, in a tire steering stability test. <P>SOLUTION: The method employed for evaluating the steering stability of a tire mounted on a vehicle by fluctuating the friction of the damper provided on the vehicle enables the steering stability of a tire to be evaluated after electric noise is applied to the damper by an electric noise applying means conducted electrically with the damper and provided on a part of the vehicle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
