<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet recording method high in image uniformity among recording media even when not only a non-absorptive recording medium but also an absorptive recording medium is used, which is capable of suppressing the occurrence of unevenness of line width or color unevenness due to mixing between liquid droplets. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming device includes a conveying unit of a recording medium 2, a pretreatment agent giving unit 3 giving a colorless pretreatment agent including an active energy-ray curable material to the recording medium conveyed by the conveying unit, an ink discharging unit 4 for discharging an ink including the active energy-ray curable material and a color material to the recording medium after pretreatment, and a curing unit 5. The colorless pretreatment agent contains a wax component solid at normal temperature. Moreover, the giving unit includes a temperature adjusting member 6, and the pretreatment agent is given to the recording medium at a temperature equal to or higher than the melting point of the wax component solid at normal temperature in the pretreatment agent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
