<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning tool adaptable to a plurality of types of working members whose reference holes have different hole diameters (diameters) and formation positions, and which can position the plurality of working members at the same time. <P>SOLUTION: The positioning tool includes an installation base 30 having a working side abutting face 31 and a reference side abutting face 32, a thrusting member 50 opposed to the reference side abutting face 32 of the installation base 30, and a positioning member 40 opposed to a reference piece 12 of a workpiece 10 installed on the installation base 30. The positioning member 40 consists of a positioning pin 41 to be engaged with the reference hole 12a formed in the reference piece 12 of the workpiece 10, an elastic body 42 holding the positioning pin 41, and a sliding part 43 for moving the elastic body 42 forward/backward in a direction perpendicular to the opposite face of the reference piece 12 to engage/disengage the positioning pin 41 with/from the reference hole 12a.
