<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience by loading a manual stapler device other than a normal manual handy stapler on a loading unit where the manual handy stapler is loaded. <P>SOLUTION: The adaptor device 111 includes a first cover 112 for covering the clincher arm 102 of a manual handy stapler 101, and a second cover 121 for converting the dry arm 105 of the manual handy stapler 111.
