<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blister achieving positive administration of contained powder medicine without leaving the medicine in the blister. <P>SOLUTION: The blister attached to an inhalation type medicator includes a sealing material 41, and a base material 42 containing the powder medicine and stuck to the sealing material 41.
