<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure of pipes and a hose joint fitting, showing excellent corrosion resistance and allowing high accuracy connection in a short time, while requiring no complicated connecting work such as screwing. <P>SOLUTION: The connecting structure of pipes achieves butting and joining of one end of a first pipe 1 with one end of a second pipe 2 in a connecting member 3. The first pipe 1 and the second pipe 2 are connected in such a way that: a first joining face 4a is formed in a first annular protrusion 4 formed at one end of the first pipe 1, whereas a second joining face 5a is formed in a second annular protrusion 5 formed at one end of the second pipe 2; a first inner peripheral return portion 6b is formed in a connecting portion 3a at an axially one end side in a first opening portion 6 by plastic deformation of an end face of the connecting portion 3a in a direction from the one end side to the other end side; and simultaneously a second inner peripheral return portion 7a is formed in the connecting portion 3a at the axially other end side in a second opening portion 7 by plastic deformation of an end face of the connecting portion 3a in a direction from the other end side to the one end side; and thereby the first annular protrusion 4 and the second annular protrusion 5 are joined by clamping on both sides. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
