<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generating device which includes a plurality of series-connected organic photoelectric conversion elements which can be manufactured by a simple coating method dispensing with patterning of active layers. <P>SOLUTION: The power generating device is characterized in that an active layer of the present invention extends along a prescribed array direction across a plurality of organic photoelectric conversion elements, and that a pair of electrodes respectively have an extension part extending, so as to protrude from the active layer, in a width direction perpendicular to either of the thickness direction and the array direction of a support substrate, as viewed from one side of the thickness direction of the support substrate. The electrode on one side of the pair of electrodes extends in the array direction from the extension part down to the electrode on the other side of the organic photoelectric conversion elements adjacent to each other in the array direction, and further have a connection part connecting to the electrode on the other side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
