<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage warehouse capable of controlling a scattering direction of explosion pieces upon an explosion. <P>SOLUTION: As indicated in (1), an outer surface of a warehouse body 19 where explosives or the like are stored is covered with a first soil layer 31, and an outer surface of the first soil layer 31 is covered with a water-shielding first sheet body 21. Further, the outer surface of the first sheet body 21 is covered with a second soil layer 32, and an outer surface of the second soil layer 32 is covered with a second sheet body 22. For the second sheet body 22, a reinforcement sheet for suppressing scattering of the second soil layer 32 upon an explosion is used, and also a prescribed range 9 where the breaking strength is lower than the other range is provided. Thus, as indicated in (2), when an explosion of a fixed or larger size occurs, the prescribed range 9 of the second sheet body 22 breaks first. Then, a blast is intensively released upwards through the broken prescribed range 9. Thus, the scattering direction of broken parts or the like by the explosion is controlled upwards and the influence of scattering on the periphery of the broken parts or the like is reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
