<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurence of failures resulting from increase of atmospheric temperature in a stand body. <P>SOLUTION: A light shielding member 6 shielding sun light is installed on the outer side of a stand body 1. Thus, the sun light is shielded by the light shielding member 6 and temperature increase is prevented in the stand body 1 and a housing 11 of an outlet unit 10. Consequently, the use of electronic apparatuses such as an interlock device 16 and a lighting device 17 in an environment that the temperature exceeds an upper limit of the working temperature is prevented, and malfunctions and breakdowns of these electronic apparatuses are prevented.
