LIQUID AND GELLED DETERGENT COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid and gelled detergent composition which has excellent stability with the lapse of time.

SOLUTION: The liquid and gelled detergent composition contains: (A) polyoxyalkylene polyol fatty acid ester represented by formula (I); (B) an alkylsulfate ester salt and a polyoxyethylene alkylsulfate ester salt; (C) an amino-acid system containing anionic surfactant other than the (B); (D) an amphoteric surfactant; and (E) a buffer agent (wherein, P denotes a polyol residue other than a hydroxyl group; AO denotes a 3 and/or 4C oxyalkylene group; EO denotes an oxyethylene group; R denotes an 8 to 36C fatty acid residue or a hydrogen atom and the rate of esterification is 50 to 100%; m denotes the average addition mole number of the 3 and/or 4C oxyalkylene group and m×a=0 to 10; n denotes the average addition mole number of the oxyethylene group and n×a=100 to 250; and a denotes the valence of the polyol in the range of 4 to 42).
