<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester film for use in molding which has a favorable appearance even when made mirrored and has excellent decorating performance. <P>SOLUTION: An easily-adherent layer is provided on at least one surface of the polyester film, and the easily-adherent layer contains polyester resin, polyurethane resin and at least one type of particles. The particles have 1.1-1.5 of particle size distribution (d75/d25), and 0.04-1.2 μm of an average particle size d.
