<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor structure of a building having an intermediate story composed mostly of a general floor part and partly of sunken floor part, which can prevent outdoor air flowing into indoor environment through a gap between the general floor part and the sunken floor part. <P>SOLUTION: A floor structure 11 of a building 1 is provided with a general habitable room R20 having a general floor part 50 on the bottom and a sunken-floor habitable room R8 having a sunken floor part 51 on the bottom at a level lower than the general floor part 50. A lid body 20 is disposed between the general floor part 50 and the sunken floor part 51, so as to block connection between ambient air in a garage G and the sunken-floor habitable room R8.
