<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinding wheel fitting method and a grinding wheel fitting device which can concentrically fit a grinding wheel on a grinding wheel fitting shaft, notwithstanding a clearance is provided to facilitate the work for attaching/detaching the grinding wheel to/from the grinding wheel fitting shaft. <P>SOLUTION: A grinding machine 10 and a grinding wheel correcting device 30 respectively include grinding wheel fitting shafts 23a and 41a formed into the same shape, to which the grinding wheel 19 is to be attached. A recess part and a fitting part are provided between the outer periphery of the grinding wheel fitting shafts and the inner periphery of the grinding wheel so that the grinding wheel can be inserted in a state eccentric to the grinding wheel fitting shaft and so that the grinding wheel can be concentrically fitted and held on the grinding wheel fitting shaft. The grinding wheel is fitted on the grinding wheel fitting shaft of the grinding machine in the state that the direction of a fitting index relative to the gravity direction when fitting the grinding wheel on the grinding wheel fitting shaft of the grinding machine corresponds to the gravity direction when fitting the grinding wheel on the grinding wheel fitting shaft of the grinding wheel correcting device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
