<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromotive vehicle with a battery unit 21 mounted below a cabin floor (cabin floor panel 1), which reduces impact force on a cabin upon frontal collision. <P>SOLUTION: The battery unit 21 includes a supporting member supporting a battery module, having a frame member (both sides 41c of a frame part 41) extending in a front-rear direction at each end at both sides in the vehicle width direction of the battery unit 21.
