<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing a metalized film, having a compact and simple structure and capable of manufacturing the metalized film of high quality at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: A first rotary drum 44 incorporating a cooling means 46, around which a dielectric film 12 unwound from a roll 42 by an unwinding machine 38 is wound, is installed in a vacuum tank 26. A first split mask part forming means 52, a first end mask part forming means 54, and a first metal vapor deposition electrode forming means 56 are arranged in the circumferential direction and installed around the first rotary drum 44 in the vacuum tank 26. A split mask part and an end mask part, and a metal vapor deposition electrode having a split pattern formed of a plurality of split electrode parts and a plurality of fuse parts are successively formed on the dielectric film 12 wound around the first rotary drum 44. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
