<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid problems generated by performing electronic zoom at a zoom position before the optical maximum magnification in a photographing device having both optical zoom function and electronic zoom function. <P>SOLUTION: The photographing device includes: zoom drive command input means 202 for performing the operation of drive of a lens group 105 in the optical axis direction; optical focal distance conversion setting means 205 by an insertion/removal type focal distance conversion optical system 113; electronic zoom region setting means 203; and zoom linkage setting means 204 for permitting an optical zooming operation and the linkage operation of the electronic zoom region setting means 203. When the zoom linkage operation is permitted, the drive of the lens group 105 is limited so as to be settled in a range without vignetting optically by the electronic zoom region setting means 203. For a switching operation by the optical focal distance conversion means, only when photographed video images by the focal distance conversion means are in the state without vignetting optically by the electronic zoom region setting means 203, the switching operation of the optical focal distance conversion means is permitted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
