<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maximum power following method efficiently charing a secondary battery despite a limited solar battery area, following a temperature change in solar batteries, having a small number of components for a control circuit, and consuming a little current; and to provide a charging device. <P>SOLUTION: This invention relates to a method for charging a secondary battery from a recyclable energy source such as solar batteries, and a charging control method for charging from a maximum power point. The problem is solved by a method for following the maximum power point in which the maximum point of a generated power characteristic curve of the solar batteries is changed according to a temperature of a solar battery panel, using the output current of the solar batteries; and by the charging device using the same method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
