<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ladle cover falling prevention device which achieves slag-off and ladle maintenance in a state where a cover is attached, when a cover-attached ladle is tilted via a tilting apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: In the device, a cover-hanging trunnion 8 is fixedly provide to the ladle port side outer circumference of a ladle 1 and to the side of a ladle trunnion shaft 7, and a cover-side falling prevention member 6 provided with a groove part opened in one direction is fixedly provided so as to be hung on the cover-hanging trunnion and so as to be attachable/detachable at the edge part of the cover. Further, a cover-side locking tool is provided to the cover, and a ladle-side locking tool is provided to the tilting frame 11 of the tilting apparatus. A cover-side receiving fitting 21 as the cover-side locking tool and a pressing means 22 provided with tip fittings on both ends as the ladle-side locking tool are disposed so as to be freely turnable with respect to the tilting frame of the tilting apparatus 10 and in such a manner that the tip fittings can abut on the cover-hanging trunnion and the cover-side receiving fitting respectively. Further, a fitting with a hole for cover-side bar attachment as the cover-side locking tool and a bar means provided with a bar and a bar driving device driving the bar freely movably as the ladle-side locking tool are freely tunably disposed on the tilting frame, and further, a fitting with a hole for ladle side bar attachment is provided to the ladle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
