PURPOSE: An automatic glass change apparatus for an inner observation window of a furnace is provided to extend the life span of a monitoring camera by consecutively changing heat-resistant glasses to block the leakage of flame or heat. CONSTITUTION: An automatic glass change apparatus for an inner observation window of a furnace comprises a supporting unit(10), a rail unit(20), and a driving unit(30). The supporting unit is installed on the upper and lower sides of integrated two heat-resistant glasses(W) and supports the heat-resistant glasses. The rail unit is coupled with the supporting unit to form a route along which the supporting unit slides. The heat-resistant glasses supported by the supporting unit are consecutively changed with a sliding method. The driving unit transfers the supporting unit and has a rack gear(30c) whose one end is coupled with the supporting unit and the other end interlocks with a drive gear(30b) so that the torque of the drive gear is converted into the linear motion and transmitted to the supporting unit.
