<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide CyGDH improved in substrate specificity to glucose more than that of CyGDH(QY). <P>SOLUTION: In the mutant glucose dehydrogenase having an amino acid sequence identical to a specific sequence by at least 80% and having glucose dehydrogenase activity, the amino acid residues corresponding to positions 326, 365 and 472 of the amino acid sequence are substituted with glutamine, tyrosine and tyrosine respectively, the substrate specificity to the glucose is improved and reactivity to disaccharides is reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
