<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiation device for a power conversion module that has its weight and size reduced by having a case where a heat radiation fin is partly formed and a high heat radiation heat sink is attached, that can improve the heat radiation performance by radiating the heat at the same time via the case including the heat radiation fin and the high heat radiation heat sink, and that can maximize the effect by optimizing the design in a manner that the high heat radiation heat sink is attached to a high heat generation part. <P>SOLUTION: A heat radiation device for a power conversion module according to the present invention includes: a case including a heat radiation fin part in which plural heat radiation fins are stacked and a space part; a high heat radiation heat sink attached to the space part of the case; and a circuit board coupled with a lower part of the case. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
