<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sorting conveyer apparatus, in which the falling-off or twisting of a carrying belt is hardly generated, a slanted angle of the carrying belt can be maximized during the sorting operation, and the apparatus is made compact. <P>SOLUTION: The sorting conveyer apparatus includes: a carrying-in end side tail roller 210; a carrying-out end side tail roller 220; a plurality of carrying belts 230a stretched to both tail rollers and wound; and a sorting operation part 3 allowing selective sorting operation of the carrying-out side tail roller by making the carrying-out side tail roller, in parallel, face the carrying-in ends of the plurality of the conveyers juxtaposed on downstream side of the carrying-out side tail roller. The sorting conveyer apparatus carries articles to be carried keeping predetermined spaces by arbitrarily sorting the articles to the carrying-in ends of the plurality of the conveyers juxtaposed on downstream side of the carrying-out ends. A trapezoid belt having a trapezoidal cross section is employed for the carrying belts 230a, and resin rollers with superior slidability, in which trapezoidal grooves 211, 221 corresponding to the shape of the trapezoid belt are formed on the outer periphery surface thereof, are employed for the both tail rollers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
