<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid supply device and a liquid supply method which can accurately apply a set amount of liquid by preventing a time delay from a start of pressurization until the liquid is pushed out from a supply port, and can improve durability. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid supply device includes a syringe 1 having the supply port 51 of the liquid L, and pushes out the liquid L from the supply port 51 by supplying air into the syringe through a pneumatic circuit 2. The pneumatic circuit 2 includes a first air supply part 5 for supplying air at a set pressure to the syringe 1, a second air supply part 6 for supplying air at a higher pressure than the air at the set pressure. The liquid supply device includes a switching means 4 which switches between a normal supply state for loading the air at a predetermined set pressure on the syringe 1, and a high pressure supply state for loading the air at the higher pressure than the set pressure to the syringe 1. In an initial stage, the high pressure supply state is made by the second air supply part 6, and when the pressure reaches the set pressure, the state is switched to the normal supply state by the first air supply part 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
