<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispensing valve for fluids that can be easily used by requiring only a minimal force to be exerted on the valve actuator to maintain the valve in an open position. <P>SOLUTION: A resilient valve actuator 24 having the characteristics of a nonlinear spring 25 is provided at an actuator end of the valve body 13 and operatively connected to a plunger 21, to the opposite end of which a resilient valve 19 is attached. Immediate discharge outlet 16 is disposed between the actuator end and a valve sheet.
