<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user device and a user situation perception method of the device, more particularly, the user device perceiving a situation of the user in accordance with movement generated by the user and supplying service suitable for the situation, a user situation perception method of the device and the service using the method. <P>SOLUTION: The user situation perception method is to analyze a signal obtained by at least one of a plurality of sensors arranged in the user device, to recognize at least one of unit behaviors which are sequentially generated by an object, to analyze a pattern of the recognized unit behavior and to perceive a present situation of the user is disclosed.
