<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus capable of preventing occurrence of false operation of an integrated circuit element caused by noise such as static electricity applied to a metal plate in structure in which an electronic circuit board and the metal plate are faced each other. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus comprises: a printed-circuit board 105 provided with a CPU 106; and a board-holding sheet metal 108 facing to the printed-circuit board 105.
