<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display sheet with high reliability capable of exhibiting excellent display characteristics and a display device provided therewith, and further to provide an electronic apparatus with high reliability. <P>SOLUTION: A display device 20 comprises: a substrate 12 disposed at a side of a display surface 121; a counter substrate 11 disposed opposite to the substrate 12; a display layer 400 interposed between the substrate 12 and the counter substrate 11 and filled with dispersion liquid 100 containing at least one kind of particles charged to either positive or negative polarity and dispersed in a dispersion medium; and partition members 6 disposed inside the display layer 400 and dividing the display layer 400 into a plurality of regions in a plan view of the display layer 400.
