PURPOSE: A photo-sensitive resin composition for a color filter and the color filter using the same are provided to improve heat resistance characteristic and chemical resistance characteristic by including acryl-based binder resins with specific structural units. CONSTITUTION: A photo-sensitive resin composition for a color filter includes acryl-based binder resin, acryl-based photo-polymerizable monomer, photo-polymerization initiators, coloring agents, and solvents. The acryl-based binder resin includes structural units which are respectively represented by chemical formulas 1 to 3. In chemical formula 1, R1 is a hydrogen element or a methyl group; R11 and R12 are respectively selected from a group including hydrogen elements, alkyl groups, cyclo alkyl groups, aryl groups, and the combination of the same; R13 is selected from a group including a substituted or non-substituted C1 to C10 alkylene group, a substituted or non-substituted C3 to C30 cyclo alkylene group, a substituted or non-substituted C6 to C30 arylene group, and the combination of the same; and n is the integer of 0 to 30. In chemical formula 2, R2 is a hydrogen element or a methyl group; R21 is a substituted or non-substituted C1 to C10 alkylrene group, a substituted or non-substituted C3 to C30 cycloalkylene group, a substituted or non-substituted C6 to C30 arylene group, and the combination of the same; R22 is a substituted or non-substituted C1 to C10 alkyl group, a substituted or non-substituted C3 to C30 cycloalkyl group, a substituted or non-substituted C6 to C30 aryl group, and the combination of the same. In chemical formula 3, R3 is a hydrogen element or a methyl group; and R31 is a carboxylic group, CO-R32-COOH in which R32 is a substituted or non-substituted C1 to C10 alkylrene group or a substituted or non-substituted C1 to C10 alkoxylene group, and the combination of the same. |
