PURPOSE: A packaging box including a locking device, and a usage method thereof are provided to use the locking device instead of an adhesive tape for sealing the box. CONSTITUTION: A packaging box including a locking device comprises the following: a main body(5) including a storage space for storing articles; a first cover plate(3) selectively covering the storage space; more than one first hole(7) formed on the edge of the first cover plate; a second hole(9) formed on the main body; and a binding string member passing through the first and second holes to fix the first cover plate when the cover plate is on the storage space. A second cover plate(11) is formed on the main body. The first and second cover plates are connected to both upper sides of the main body to open and close the plates by using a hinge.
