PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting bracket for a heat insulating panel capable of avoiding a problem of clogging a mounting screw accepting portion at the time of injecting and filling an expandable heat-insulating core material in manufacture of the panel. SOLUTION: This mounting bracket embedded in the heat insulating panel comprises a pair of surface plates, a frame material which is interposed between side portions of the surface plates, and the heat-insulating core material injected and infilled into a space formed of both the surface plates and the frame material. The mounting bracket is equipped with a base plate 61 which has an adhesive layer 8 on a surface capable of abutting on the inner surface of the one surface plate, the mounting screw retainer portion 66 which is formed in the base plate and protrusively provided on the backside of the base plate, a closing cap 67 for closing the backside opening of the mounting screw retainer portion, and a spacer portion 68 which is formed higher than the mounting screw retainer portion protrusively provided on the backside of the base plate. In a state in which the mounting brackets are superposed on each other, the spacer portion of the mounting bracket in a lower position abuts on the surface of the base plate of the mounting bracket in an upper position, so that the adhesive layer of the surface of the base plate and a seal member for closing the mounting screw retainer portion can be brought into noncontact with each other.
