PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for manufacturing an excavator bucket are provided to improve productivity by easily bending bucket bodies using a jig table and a winch device. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing an excavator bucket comprises a base(10), a body forming unit(20) which is set inside the base and includes a forming frame(21) with a curved top surface to fix one side of a bucket body and form the bucket body, a jig table(30) which is set on one side of the base and reciprocates back and forth to press the bucket body from the front of the body forming unit against the forming frame, a winch device(40) which winds up a wire(41) connected to an adapter blade coupled with the front of the bucket body in order to bend the bucket body, and a hoist(50) which moves the bucket body from the top of the body forming unit.
